Used this on a two person cookout to boil water for rehydrating mashed potatoes while grilling steak. Used a BP gas stove and it was boiling in minutes. Plenty left over for coffee or doing dishes later.

Probably would have gone with a flat bottom pot, the heat defuser, though well-constructed, lengthens clean-up time. It does heat water to boiling quickly to supply two with enough for meals and drinks.

I have a huge family and it is so hard to heat enough water for everyone and it takes forever! This teapot holds a surprising amount of water and tears unbelievably fast. Everyone got hot drinks when they wanted them and we used a quarter of the fuel we typically use. I shared the link with everyone in my group because they ALL wanted one for themselves. It is lightweight enough for backpacking too.

This is great! Campstoves tend to have high flames. This captures the flame in the recess and distributes it for a fast boil. We use it for french press coffee while camping. Much better than the percolator that sat flat on the burner that we used before.
