Meat Claws for Shredding - Joeji's Kitchen Stainless Steel Bear Paws

These are nice a strong, brilliant for lifting chickens etc from the roasting tin. Purchased these to replace the prong variety which broke on the second roast (from J*hn Le**s). So beware if you are looking at prong versions they tend to brake at the welds, while these are one piece of stainless steel.

These bear claws are sturdy and well made. Hand wash and oil the handles: wood is sustainable but needs TLC. Got these to shred my Instant Pot brisket and pork pot roasts. However, they are brilliant to move the meat around in the IP pot - sautée-ing the meat is vital for a good pot roast but the space is limited and it's hard to find a utensil that can scoop and turn on a small ppt. These bear claws fit the bill: easy to hold, strong and compact enough to scoop and lift a joint that's stuck to the bottom of the pan. Beware: the claws are quite sharp though, so great as you would a knife in terms of handling and storage. I strongly recommend this item.

I get sore hands when pulling apart meat with two fork, so I purchased these claws to help when shredding meat. I'm happy to say that they work well and make shredding Beef and Chicken a lot easier for making tacos and burritos. I'd happily recommend buying them

Bought as a gift for my husband. They worm really really well. Very sharp. Only downside is that due to them being so sharp they can scratch the bottom or tins or wooden chopping boards if you press too hard. Would definitely buy again but use with caution. Very good quality.

I specifically chose these meat claws as the prongs seemed longer than the other ones I could see, and I'm glad I did. They're just the right height for shredding in a slow cooker without having to get your hands, or the handles too close to the heat. I found them a bit clumsy to use at first until I got the hang of the best way to hold and use them and I'm really pleased with the result! Much easier than using forks!

It pulls meat which is what it is meant to do. So it does the job as required.

presi per il pulled pork , poi li uso anche per tener ferma qualsiasi cosa sul tagliere. sono in metallo con manico in legno, semplici ed efficaci. Certo che se uno litiga con questi in mano...l'altro passa un guaio serio!!!!!
