GM Genuine Parts 15883323 Front Driver Side Door Lock and Window Switch with Mirror Switch and Module

This was easy to install once you remove the door panel. There is a screw in front of the switch holder that I broke. No big deal, a lot of people do that when removing the holder. You must remove the door panel in order to remove the screw that I broke. All the videos seem to fail to mention that. BIG BONUS is this switch fixed some electrical problems that I did not expect it to. The rear wiper and rear defrosted had stopped working. They are not visibly controlled by the new switch, but they now magically work. Instrument lights were going off and on and now that work fine. Lots of things going on inside this switch electrically. Very glad that I finally replaced it. Money well spent.

The original driver's window / door lock control was worn, and a few of the switches were snapped off in use. I got this to replace it, and they work perfectly. No problems, no issues with plugging it in and working. Looks like it should be there, and has always been there. My only issue, and it is not due to the part or the manufacturer: it is not easy to mount in these door panels. The door panels use a lot of plastic to hold them together: plastic that gets old, crumbly, and are stretched out into thin, spindly forms in the door that break easily. And, good luck finding replacement panels that aren't broken or ready to break. I had to mount this set by drilling and using a screw to hold it in place vs. the original clips and snaps in the plastic mount. It still looks the way it should up top, but anyone opening the door in the future will know that's not how it mounts. ;-)

Perfect replacement part. It did fix the problem and a couple more. Easy to install search for instructions to remove the door panel. On my 2006 Sierra you have to remove the panel. The switch has a screw that has to be removed from the inside. Be careful not to try for force it from the outside you will break it and the switch will be forever loose.

Easy to install, works the windows that the old switch had problems with. but now the Pedals will not move nor the Mirrors Fold in. With the old Switch both worked fine. new switch works mirror, they just don't fold in anymore.

My locks would not work from the driver's side and replaced with this factory replacement part. Now all locks function. Well worth the price and since it is factory replacement this will be good for another minimum 16 years.

I never knew what I was missing until i put this thing in. Makes my truck feel that much better.

First one was bad main switch didn't work upon a closer look you could see that someone had messed with it before. The second one worked fine and I have to say when I said it was broken a new one was at my house within two days, didn't expect that at all, It was very nice to see though.

I initially received a faulty part, which happens sometimes with electronics, but they sent me another one that is working GREAT! It is amazing how this master control panel affects multiple functions in your vehicle when it is not working correctly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this seller and thank them for their great customer service.

Front window switches and mirror controls work backwards left is right and right is left , rear windows work correctly , very dissapointed
