Amazing Fountain!
I had a sterling silver water fountain where I had to keep buying new filters, clear each week, etc. and it got to a point where I found it very frustrating. I ordered this fountain hoping for a better and easier cleaning experience plus a way to save money on filters, and let me tell you, it is everything I wanted. My cats love it, even if it isn't the fountain they used before they still appreciate the flow of this one. When I go to clean the bowl, it is a little annoying when water is filled in it all the way and I spill water somewhere, but once I get it to the sink to clean it's cleaned in less than five minutes when the other took over thirty! I definitely recommend, for cleaning is so much easier, refilling water is a lot easier, and my cats love it! Only thing I can comment on is it was smaller than I expected, but still worth the money!

My cats love this!
At first no one would go near this beast lol. Now all 3 cats think it’s the ONLY bar in town!

Expensive and no real benefits compared to many other less expensive self watering products
I leave my cats alone if I travel, and have many checked out many self-watering bowls. While I never really trust "electric" ones, due to fearing they will malfunction as a friend had do once, and she only had one down and the cat was shorted of water......this is NOT electronic, and it looked different, so I thought I'd try it.It seems to be of good quality/made well, but for the expensive price, I found NO real practical benefit, at all, for the high cost.I also found the VERY SMALL GLASS water holder to be a problem - it's made of GLASS. While that may seem to be the best material, it also is the most fragile, when washing, and it doesn't hold much water - you'd need several if you leave for a week. Not sure what intrigued me on this - it DID look different......but my other tried-and-true self watering containers were much larger (held enough water for a week or more), AND they are all plastic that have "microban" plastic material (that can't break when washing/storing) that rejects bacterial growth, and work great for half the expense of this smaller glass one.Sometimes something new and shiny - isn't any better, or even lesser, than the tried-and-true....at half the cost.

All my cars like it!
It doesn't matter how I feel about it, but rather do the cats like it!? I had a fountain and a bowel on the floor, but one cat didn't like either so she would splash water on the floor and drink from the puddle like she did when she was on the streets. She and all the others now can enjoy fresh clean water, and there's no mess on the floor.A larger bottle would not be amiss.

Cat Tips This Over
I bought this for my cat and it worked perfectly but now all he does is tip it over which makes a huge mess.

Great choice
Love this bought one and got another one for my new kitten. Only thing I don’t like is the dish being clear makes it hard to tell if there is water in it when I’m double checking it’s working. Plate gets build up and needs to be cleaned even when using filtered water but that’s every water dish

Don’t work
All the water flows thru the dish making a big spill all around and emptying the bottle all its water on the floor. I got it to where it stopped and leveled out, walked outside, came back in and seen it happened again. Idk why what happened to old screw in spring water bottle holders
