Just the right size
This is such a lightweight yet very good-looking gavel set. My husband is the local American Legion commander who uses thisto start and end the meeting. Good value for money!

Handle broke off in less than a month.
I purchased this as a gift for my husband. He used it less than 10 times and the handle broke off. He was not rough with it at all. Unfortunately I had purchased it well ahead of actually gifting it, so by the time it broke the return window had closed.

Poor craftsmanship
I unpacked wooden gavel and wood block it was all in tack. I bounced the gavel on the block one time and the handle broke and separated from the head of the gavel! Poor craftsmanship!
