No, it doesn’t. It comes on a plastic case that could possibly be modified for use as a stand.

Can the stopwatch log lap times?

The stop watch does split time on this model.

How long does it take to get a full charge and how can you tell it is?

Depends on how low the battery level is. If the battery is below (M) Medium then we recommend setting the watch on a windowsill for approximately 3 days to fully charge the watch. Then the watch will only require a few minutes of natural sunlight a day to maintain a charge. To see the charge level press the (C) button, lower left in Timekeeping mode.
