Q: What is the power output of all 3 ports being used at once?

Max 45W out of the left USB-C port. Max 18W split between the middle USB-C port and the right USB-A port.

Q: If I have a cable plugged into the middle port (with no device attached to the cable), will the left port get full 65W power?

No. To get the 65W max power via the left USB-C port, both the middle USB-C port and the right USB-A port must be left open. Even if there are no devices attached to the cables, the cables should not be plugged in the latter two ports.

Q: Can the AC cable be changed for different countries?

Yes, if you have the correct C7 AC power cord with prongs used in specific countries. This product only has US two-prong plug.

Q: Does it support nintendo switch TV docked mode?

The USB-C port on the left supports USB Power Delivery up to 65W. Therefore, it is more than capable of powering the Switch in docked mode (as well as handheld mode).
