I ate some peanuts after taking this product for a few days and began to get small fever blisters on my lip. L-lysine fixed that.' Next order I'll get l-ornithine alphaKetoGlutarate and avoid the HSV-1 issue.

I am a 62 year old male and this is my first review of any type of workout or bodybuilding supplement. Because I have been experimenting with adding supplements to my diet over the past two months, I can't say definitively that this product is exclusively responsible for my results this past week, but as of today I have been using this product for about a week. I have noticed a very slight increase in energy and the ability to push through my workout without having to rest as long in-between reps. The price seems competitive based on the research I did before purchasing and resealable container is high quality. It does have a bitter taste but it is manageable depending on the amount and type of fluid you mix it with. I have mixed it with both juice and a protein powder shake. I am only sharing with you my personal experience based on my current diet which includes this product, your results may vary, your metabolism and health status is different than mine and you should always consult a professional before adding any supplement to your diet. Easier to mix with whatever you’re secret custom pre workout out blend is , well that’s what i do. Mixed on the effectiveness, i can only go by what i feel so when i run out i will stop using it for a while.
