Old ones took a little work to remove but new one were oiled on the stem a drop and spread on stem installed in about 2 minutes. Easy fix and chair is extremely easy to move around

My wife's office chair was riding on a broken caster, so I ordered these to replace. They fit perfectly, and were an actual upgrade from the originals that came with the chair. They roll nicely, were a cinch to install, and seem to be of a high quality plastic and metal.

As a plus size girl, I had to replace the cheap wheels of my chair. I LOVE the durability of these and the fact they hold more weight than I will ever have to worry about. They roll smooth, don't seem to gather as much stuff in them, and hasn't scratched my floor in the least (unlike the cheap plastic ones that were stock) the fact mine are black and pink, matches the pc perfectly and brings the pop of pink to my chair! Installation was also extremely easy will be ordering some of different color for my sons chair soon!

When one of the casters on my office chair broke, I feared I'd be paying a fortune to replace it, let alone the whole set. I was shocked by the low price of these, and skeptical, until I read the reviews. Aside from the weight rating, the line "better than the originals" struck me, so I decided to give them a try. Man, am I glad I did. My old casters made me feel like I was rolling through mud when moving across my low-pile carpet. These feel like I'm flying. They went in easily, they look nice, and I'm confident they will last for a very long time. And if they don't, they only cost a fraction of what I expected to pay. Highly recommended so far!

The wheels are rigid and does not move after fixing. The quality though good but performance wise it is negative.

Great replacement casters for my Haworth Soji. I was worried at first that the length of the stem is shorter than Haworth's, but after attaching it and trying it on, it is snug and secure. The roll is good, neither too slippery or stiff. For under $30, this is a good buy vs $120 from Haworth. Look-wise, it looks a bit smaller and ordinary, but as long as it protects my laminate floors, I'm good with it.
