Is this neck pillow helpful to relieve neck pain?

It was an absolute miracle for me! I had neck pain so severe (I'm 63) that I was taking prescription meds and they barely touched it. Literally 1 night on this pillow gave me relief. Now that I've had it a week I literally wake up pain free! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this pillow. We were considering neck surgery my pain was so severe.

How can I adjust this cervical pillow in height?

Hi, Our cervical pillow has two heights (Standard-3.5"/4.4", Queen-4.1"/5.2") for sleep. And if you still feel too high, there is a removable piece of memory foam (0.8" thick) at the bottom, allowing you to lower the pillow. If you feel too thin, just simply contact us via support@shoposteo.com to get extra memory foam pillow insert to add height. If I use the pillow for a few days and do not like it, can I return it for a full refund?

Yes! They give you 100 days vs, the usual 30 days. It even comes with a 10-year warranty! I bought the wrong size and I sent mail to them. They quickly replied to me and gave me a replacement. Great service and wonderful product!

I am 5’5” and 118 lbs. which size pillow should I order? Queen or standard?

I am not sure, but I am 4’11” and 130 pounds. The standard pillow has been perfect for me.
