I’ve been very pleased with this cervical pillow. The hollow center and contoured design provide excellent support for my neck while keeping my head in a comfortable position throughout the night. It works well whether I sleep on my back or side, and I’ve noticed less neck stiffness and discomfort in the morning. The memory foam feels supportive without being overly firm, and there was little to no unpleasant odor when I opened it. The adjustable design makes it easy to find the right height and level of support. I also like the cooling pillowcase—it feels soft, breathable, and does not trap as much heat as many traditional memory foam pillows. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-designed orthopedic pillow that provides good neck support and has helped improve my sleep quality. This pillow has helped re-align my neck while I sleep and has been vital to a good night's rest. It offers both comfort and support! I no longer wake up in the mornings with a stiff neck! I like how each side is a different shape for different neck positions. It also works really well when I sleep on my side. I highly recommend this pillow for those sceptical about trying it.

This pillow is beyond belief. There was no adjustment period for me - I woke up the next morning free of neck pain and stiffness and my arm support is great. I needed a cervical pillow for my neck but I also have back problems. Reading and looking at some the videos I was convinced I would order. When the pillow arrived and I read the instructions it was hard to open and let adjust to a well ventilated room for 48/72 hours - I lasted 24 hours. Pillow cover well made, no odor or stains but I tried to open the zipper for the extra form which is for back/stomach sleepers I could not open. My concern is the the zipper break - I am a side slipper at times I sleep on the back for the discomfort so once I managed to close and I will leave until I have to reopen. I recommend this pillow.

This cervical pillow was a replacement for another kind of pillow. It is spectacular. The material is soft and smells great. It has placed for my arms to rest. It’s supportive whether I’m on my side or my stomach it’s the perfect size for my head and offers great cooling benefits when I hot. I don’t sweat near as much with this pillow as I did the other one. I highly recommend this pillow for anyone that suffers from neck issues. My headaches are gone die to its soft, yet supportive foam.

I've tried a few different memory foam pillows, and this one has been the easiest for me to get comfortable with. The center cradle supports my head nicely, while the raised edges give my neck enough support when I turn onto my side. I tend to switch between back and side sleeping, and both positions feel natural. The foam is supportive but still has some give, so I don't feel like my head is sitting on a hard block. I also appreciate that the pillow doesn't seem to hold as much heat as my previous memory foam pillow. There was a slight foam smell when I first opened it, but I left it out for a day and barely noticed it afterward. The shape definitely takes a little getting used to, but after several nights I started waking up with less of that stiff-neck feeling I normally have in the morning. Overall, I'm very happy with the comfort and support.

I purchased due to neck pain after a car accident and it took about a week to adjust to the pillow but afterwards I've definitely felt a difference between using this pillow and a standard pillow. This cervical pillow definitely helped ease my neck pain. I recommend for anyone looking for relief. If you're like me, just be aware of the initial adjustment period as you might not feel that instant relief.

I was having Neck issues and was looking for a good firm pillow to help support my neck. This pillow is awesome. I really enjoy it. At first it was a little more firm than I'm use to but after a few days of giving it a try I woke up with less neck pain. That's a win win in my book. I would recommend this pillow....

I’ve been experiencing severe neck pain that came out of nowhere. The pain was so intense that I had to book an appointment with my doctor. I couldn’t turn my neck, and it was shooting all over my shoulders. I couldn’t explain it any further. It was excruciating! I was extremely worried and scared. I tried everything to alleviate the pain, including using heating pads, ointments, and a neck massager, but nothing seemed to help. My doctor then ordered an MRI, but unfortunately, my insurance didn’t cover it. They wanted me to see a physiotherapist first before they would. I understand their reasoning, so I reached out to my doctor and they referred me to a physiotherapist. While I was waiting for my appointment with the physiotherapist, I started researching online for something to help with my neck pain. I came across a suggestion that pillows could be the culprit, which I dismissed because I had these expensive down pillows that I had bought from Macy’s. They were so comfortable until they weren’t. I had used them for years, and apparently, you should change your pillows regularly. I decided to research pillows specifically designed for neck pain. I read some positive and negative reviews, but since I was the one in pain, I was willing to give it a try. What was there to lose? If it didn’t work, I could simply return it. I came across many Osteo pillows, but this one caught my eye. So, I ordered it. Let me tell you, the first night I knew this was the one! The second night, I was like, “Wait! The third night, I was like, “HALLELUJAH!” In a week, I could barely feel the pain. Today is August 3rd, 2026, and I believe I bought this pillow July 7th 2026. Today, I have ZERO neck pain. Nada! I’m back to normal. I am completely grateful for this pillow! I intend to carry it with me on any vacation and anywhere. I can’t wait to see my doctor again next month to share my experience with them. Wow! So, if you’re like me and experiencing neck pain, give this pillow a try. You’ll likely get mixed reviews, but try it out for yourself. Remember, everyone is different. Now, I would love it if you could make one that I can lounge in. I only use this pillow when I go to bed at night. But if I’m sitting or just lying in bed, I use my other pillows😏. If you have something higher up, please let me know. Comfortable and is what I expected

Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money

I really like it, have lot of neck pain and it’s definitely better than regular pillows.

I like the support this pillow provides. Unfortunately, the pillow becomes downright uncomfortable when you change position in bed.
