Works wonders for hydration
I have trouble keeping hydrated. One packet of this every morning keeps my electrolytes high and I stay perfectly hydrated on just water the rest of the day. I love this and my checkups at the doctor and cardiologist have been great since I started using it!

Very helpful and tasty
I've been taking this for about 5 years whenever I need it. I have low blood pressure due to low sodium/electrolyte imbalance. Every time I feel a drop in blood pressure, I drink one of these and it helps SO MUCH. I highly recommend. AND I think it tastes pretty good!
