Yes you can cross your ankles. It’s a very large pocket that runs across the bottom of the blanket.

Yes it is full length in back. Just to let you know, I am 5'7" and this falls slightly below my ankle, maybe one quarter inch from hitting floor.

Yes. My husband is 6’ and he uses it all the time.
