Better quality than factory
Replaced my broken plastic one for this. Made of metal and the cable end also more durable than the factory. Easy to replace and works perfectly.

Got my recliner working again!
This was the perfect replacement. Super easy to remove the old one and replace with this one. Perfect fit. More durable than the one it replaced. The original one was plastic and this one is metal. It was awesome to recline my chair again. My dogs thank you too for giving them back their seat for watching TV.

Better metal replacement.
My husband broke his reclining handle. I ordered this metal replacement in Amazon. Arrived the next day. Took 10 minutes to install and works flawlessly. I’ll probably buy s as couple more in case any break on the side or other couch.

Worked but handle bigger than old one.
Nearly perfect replacement. It worked out fine but, in my case, the handle was just a tiny bit larger than the one I removed. I had to trim most of the fabric from around the opening where it attaches.

It's perfect!
So happy with this replacement handle for my recliner. Super affordable and easy to do. I watched a quick video from Dave Affolter on the tube and replacing the broken handle was a breeze. Plus this piece is all metal versus the plastic one that was originally on my recliner so I do not imagine this one will ever break. For only $10 and about 10 minutes of time spent replacing the old one, it doesn't get any better than this.

Easy to install after watching YouTube
Informative demonstrations available on YouTube. The only thing we would add to YouTube info would be to Place a piece of colored tape on the spot where the lower end of cable connects. This is helpful when Distractions occur. Otherwise the metal handle and cable were easy to install. Also the cable end that hooks onto handle needs the outer casing pulled back about 1/2 “ so that cable will fit over pulley. My recliner is working perfectly now.

Perfect Part! Exactly what was Needed
This part is perfect! My mother’s recliner pull handle broke, and she could no longer recline the chair. She was going to buy a new recliner, but everything is so expensive nowadays! So I said hold on, let’s see if we can figure out the problem and maybe repair it. A few YouTube videos later, and figuring out the problem was that the cable line attached to the pull had broken and needed to be replaced, we were led to this part. The part arrived quickly and we were able to replace it fairly easily (again, thanks to the YouTube DIY videos) and the chair works like new! It’s a good quality part and matches the old one almost identically. Tips: 1) There are no instructions with the part, you will want to find a YouTube video to follow, unless you already know what you are doing! 2) Make sure to measure your old handle size and cable line to make sure it matches the measurements of the new one exactly. This one matched ours to a “T”. Very pleased!
