The description was that it was a clip on tie,no mention of having Velcro. Needless to say I was not happy. Descriptions need to be clearer and more informative.

It works fine for the simple purpose for which it was purchased -- part of a uniform worn infrequently that needs to "look proper". Nothing fancy and advertising was accurate in description.
