I love these and often pull them out of the freezer after moisturizing. I think they help bring swelling down, but if anything they're relaxing and feel great on a hot day.

My daughters wanted these for Christmas. They are just as described. They are smooth and relaxing to use and easily cool in the fridge or freezer. Super happy with this purchase!

My 6 year old daughter purchased these on amazon without us knowing. We told her we were going to return them. Before we could return them, she had opened them and used them on her dad during a “spa night” without him knowing and he loved them so much he decided to keep them. They are really easy to clean and feel so good especially when they have been in the fridge. All 3 of us use them. My daughter used them on a friend and that friend ended up ordering some as well because she loved them so much.
