Been diving for decades and all masks fog. Put a VERY small dab of toothpaste on the inside, rub it around to cover the inside of the lens, then quickly rinse off. This will help for a while. Do before every dive.

does it have a purge valve?

That’s a part on a normal vehicle, but it’s a great free dive and scuba mask
