Does what it’s supposed to! Fits perfectly. I’ve had it for about a month or so now and haven’t noticed any fraying or anything with washes. Seems to be well made. Not the softest of thread count and material but it’s not rough either. I held off on this case for a little while because I thought what’s the difference? I’ll just use my regular pillow case? But it is nice to be able to clearly see which pillow is mine. I know silly but it is nice. But it also keeps everything snug. It was starting to annoy me that my regular pillow case would get bunched up in the crescent making me all sweaty or it would slip half way off in the middle of the night and having to fix it half way asleep. Between my hair and a saggy pillow case my claustrophobia was screaming 😂. Having her zipped up and fitted really does make it nicer.

Nice fabric, it's well made and the zipper does not interfere with use. It washes well and it's a nice pattern. While I realize it needs to fit both completely filled and partially filled pillows, I do wish it was just a tiny bit more fitted in the arch area of the pillow case. While there's no bunching, I can feel the extra fabric against my neck, which isn't really my preference. I much prefer snug fitting pillow cases.

This pillow has been life changing for me. I usually wake up with a headache and neck and shoulder pain because of my pillow. I have gone through, without exaggeration, 25 pillows in the past few years. This pillow was recommended to me by one of my daughters who had the same problem as I did. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance. The box arrived quickly. I opened it hoping that there would be none of the "odor" that some reviewers spoke of. There was NO odor. The pillow opened up and fluffed up quickly. I washed what needed to be washed along with the pillowcase that I had also purchased. the first night I slept very well. Woke up with no discomfort. I felt that I might do even better if I removed some of the filling which I did and could NOT believe how well I slept the second night. That was over a week ago and each night is the same story. It's so comfortable and the "Vee" in the pillow allows for support not only for my neck but also my shoulders. I highly recommend this pillow.

UPDATE: This company obviously cares about their customers and the products they are selling. Customer service contacted me after reading my complaint. They apologized and explained that a shipment of zippers was found faulty from the manufacturer after it was too late to be corrected. They are sending me a new pillow cover that should have a better zipper function. Five stars for a company who stands behind their product! ORIGINAL: The Sidney cover is a perfect fit for the curved pillow and easy to get on/off for washing. A traditional, standard pillowcase is too short, loose fitting, and doesn't stay in place through the night. The cover fabric is soft but thin. The zipper is junk and before it ripped a hole in the fabric at one end and quit working, it got stuck every time I used it. I bought the pillow case cover about six weeks ago and unfortunately, missed the return window so I am stuck with it. I am going to buy some fabric and have a local seamstress copy the design, using buttons instead of a zipper.

Didn’t like the material. Looked cheap. Also came with rips in the pillow case right out of the box, althought I can’t see how it was accidentally sliced when the outer box seemed fine.
