Just relax your neck and let it go back as much as possible. Use a rug if you have one to provide comfort on the floor. I think this product works very well. I’ve been using it in the morning when my neck is a little stiff and then also at the end of my workday. I’m not really sure what people are talking about when they say this thing is hard. It’s literally soft foam. Also, the people that are saying it’s not giving you much of a stretch like you Aren’t supposed to hyperextend your neck with something like this more is Not better. Also, the people that are saying it’s hurting their neck, you’re either not relaxing while doing it or your neck is just messed up and you need to go to the doctor.
