Excellent Amazon Product!
I recently made the switch from pads to disposable pants after several years of not-quite-good-enough coverage. It was a difficult transition, because no one wants to truly admit they have a problem with incontinence. I suffer from urinary urgency and pads were great for a long time. But my weakening bladder began putting the pads to the test, and I began experiencing unacceptable & uncomfortable leaks. I tried a major brand of underwear first and they weren't bad. But I found they were very irritating to my skin. The protection was awesome though! I felt SO much more secure than when wearing pads I knew I was on the right track. After researching everything available, I realized cost would def be a consideration. Disposable pants are more expensive than pads. So I figured it was a no brainer to give Amazon brand another try. They had provided me with a great quality pad for many years, at a very affordable price. So why not? I bought the XL as recommended by the chart and the fit is perfect. I like the construction. They feel soft, stretchy - but sturdy, and not like they are liable to fall apart at any moment. The material is just the right thickness. After you have them on for an hour or so, they just feel like underpants. The leg openings are somewhat high cut, but that's ok for me. I have always bought high cut panties, so once again - perfect. There is no obnoxious perfuming to these pants which I'm grateful for. I imagine that is what caused the burning skin irritation in the other brand. Still I'm not finding odor to be that much of a problem. It's only natural for urine to have odor. But it is absorbed and contained in such a way that the smell is minimal. I can't say I've tried every brand on the market. But I read plenty of reviews by folks who say they have - and still ended up buying Amazon. So I couldn't be better satisfied. Excellent product, great price, and I have the added security I need. Look I know it's hard to buy this kind of product. Nobody wants to feel like they are losing control of their life; and incontinence is exactly that, if anything is! But you really need to take this bull by the horns and manage it. There is never shame in caring for yourself and your personal dignity. Being in denial and walking around in wet clothes is 1000 times worse. You will get used to wearing these pants pretty fast, as I did. And chances are, you won't ever want to go back to life without them.

Amazing fit and protection!
I donโt usually leave a review, but this product has been so impressive, exceeded my expectations, and has brought my confidence and life back to going out about the town or spending time outdoors where there are no outhouses available, that I just had to write this positive review to hopefully help others. I have been wearing this Amazon brand now for 4 months and they are the best fit, most comfortable and excellent protection without leaks compared to other name brands Iโve tried. The multi-elastic stretch around the body is so comfortable, you do not feel like you are wearing a โdiaperโ. And the elastic around the leg secures the great fit. There is bulk in the padding but it does not feel bulky at all when worn; I am still able to wear them with my tight-fitting jeans comfortably. BTW: I found that in order to avoid leaks, donโt do this crossing-the-legs-to-try-and-hold-the-urine-back to attempt control of your bladder while heading to try and make it to the nearest bathroom (panic leg crossing only distorts the position of the padding and protection which = leaks since your aim now went to a non-padded area or the leg opening). You have incontinence, accept it, relax and let go into this disposable underwear. On extended outdoor excursions, I add a booster pad to build up absorbency to an additional 2 or 4 cups of liquid depending on the pad you use. The booster pads are also much easier to change in/out of in a situation where the bathroom location is not very clean or convenient to take off your pants to change out of your disposable underwear. I carry along with me small black plastic bags to discreetly carry out and dispose my soiled pads. (Iโve even used a doggie poop bag in a pinch when that was all I had). I initially tried using diapers with side velcro tabs to work around the inconvenience of having to remove my pants to get to my underwear to change but have yet to find a brand that provides even a decent fit (they have all been big, bulky, unstable in fit and unreliable in protection). So the booster pads added to the disposable underwear is a great work-around. This Amazon brand disposable underwear is surprisingly amazing! I wear them everyday all day. And for someone with sensitive skin issues, these have given me zero problems. They also work great for those with fecal incontinence.

Nice color and slightly better fit for a woman.
Updated review: great price and comparable to name brands. I have them on auto renew for a better deal. My mom is 5 ft 150 lbs and wears the large. Original Review:I got these incontinent underwear for my 83-year-old mother who was just released from rehab. At rehab, she was previously wearing a size large in another brand. I had to buy her own protective underwear when I moved her to a facility. The facility charges six dollars a day as their incontinence package, unless you provide your own. Buying these in bulk is much cheaper for us. These Amazon Basics womenโs protective underwear come packaged with 3 sets of 18 underwear. Amazonโs large is very comparable to other size large protective underwear. My mother is 145 pounds, 4โ10โ, wears a size 16 pants and these fit her perfect. The weight listed for the large is 170 to 260 pounds . I find that hard to believe someone 260 lbs could wear these unless youโre skinny and very tall. These feel slightly more tear resistant, than the rehabโs brand. Iโd like the lavender color as itโs more appropriate for a woman. I also feel these are less bulky in the crotch area, though they look identical in size. The price is pretty good at $.59 per underwear. Buying in bulk is always a better deal. I canโt comment about how much they hold or if theyโre leak, as my mother is not really incontinent. She has occasional leaks or since she is in a wheelchair she is afraid she wonโt make it to the bathroom in time. The pad does slightly ride up your back leg and needs adjusting after pulling them up. Other brands do the same. My mom is not looking for a high cut leg. Thereโs nothing sexy about protective underwear, so letโs just make them comfortable and not stylish, because at the end of the day, usually seniors are wearing these, not young teens! My mom says they fit and feel fine, itโs all that matters. Priced very affordable in bulk packaging. I recommend.

Confidence with bladder leaks 100%
I buy these for my mom for daily use for her bladder leaks. They are leakproof and comfortable for her to wear in place of underwear. Their appearance under her clothing is not too bulky and stay on until sheโs ready to change. She is 5โ6โ and 220 lbs and gets an XL. They can be ripped from the sides easily for removal.

Bulky fit
I wanted to love these so bad because the price is so good. However, I was slightly disappointed. Iโm a typical size 16-18, leaning more towards 18. I bought the xL and they are HUGE. Feels like Iโm wearing baggy shorts. The sides also ride up really high. Not discrete at all. I might try a smaller size and change my review. TBD

Amazon undies
I was using the Always discreet undies and they stopped selling on here for some reason.... but with the last package I got, I got a rash around my legs where the fabric touched since its scented. I then decided that I needed to find something else. These popped up as a suggestion so I decided to purchase them and see if they worked. These have SAVED ME. The pad itself is SO much longer than the Always brand so I imagine they would be good for postpartum mamas too... the Always brand stopped right above the tailbone but these go UP the booty and way up the front! I use a menstrual cup with these... it was my first time using these on a cycle and I was VERY impressed. I accidently went over the cup (TMI) and it bled on the pad itself... and it was ALOT.... I had zero leakage and it held a ton! I was shocked. The softness of these is MUCH better skin wise and thankfully fragrance free, so no more rashes or itchiness. Overnight use was perfect since the pad actually sits up against you, versus the Always discreet where it would hang down low (if wet) and not stay put. I HIGHLY recommend these for incontinence, your period, postpartum care or just as a replacement!

Comfortable, and they really work
These pullups work really well. They're comfortable to wear and not bulky. Even more important, they're very absorbent and hold a lot really reliably without leaks. I use them overnight without concern.
