Yes you can.. I've used it on wallpaper too... the only thing is, I used wallpaper paste on painted walls and wallpaper walls..

Any epoxy adhesive would work. Either from Home Depot or Lowes. The baseboard already has two adhesive strips that work, but you may need an additional adhesive for a bathroom. Product is great! We love the easy fix!
