whatever you use whole wheat for ok I donotfollow traditional recipes - have baked for so long I have a combo I use - part unbleached white part whole wheat some oatmeal - which is good for the gut and natural preservative - yeast of course - molasses for the sugar needed tor activating yeast - doesnt require but a few spoonfuls - ezekiel bread , noidea what that is I just bake
