Not too bad.
I like having the listen only earpiece to be a little more discreet. The only downside is that when you're going from cold to hot to cold, condensation can build up in the acoustic tube and in the elbow piece that holds the earpiece. My solution?? When the sound quality decreases, pull the earpiece and the elbow off of the acoustic tube and blow them both out using canned air. Problem solved.
