Have used about 5 times. about 2 TBSP each time and had good growth. Tastes great.

High germination rate and tasty
I am a first-time microgreens grower using the jar method, the germination rate is over 98%. The mix of broccoli and radish sprouts makes it tasty to pair with grilled salmon, especially the spicy flavor of the radish. Will look forward to trying other microgreen varies with this brand.

Finally, a plant I didn't kill
Just harvested my first crop of sprouts from this mix and I feel so proud of myself. Talk about local produce!Great mix and two tablespoons grew more than I can use; I have a feeling that this bag will keep me in greens for quite a while.Note to newbies (from the lofty height of my first success) : The white fuzz that appears is probably not mold - it's the root cilia looking for more moisture. I almost threw out my whole batch until I looked that up.Oh, and the sprouts are pretty tasty too! 🌱
