This mug is very cute. It was bigger than expected. Mine came with a minor defect where the glaze didn't get on this area or chipped off in the upper part of the mug on the inside. I didn't notice it right away and the return window closed. So make sure you thoroughly inspect the mug right away. There's no issue with drinking out of it. I've had some cute character mugs like this that were weird.

This mug not only functions well, it makes me smile!
This mug is my new go-to hot chocolate mug. It is large enough to leave room for whipped cream, lightweight, easy to hold (4 fingers without having knuckles forced against the side of the mug). Sturdy and darned cute.

Too Big
I read all kinds of reviews and sizes and bought this mug to add to a collection of Christmas mugs. I'm disappointed that it is so large. Nice mug but I don't even know what to do with it. It's much larger than my other 12 oz mugs and too large to hang on the mug tree. Wishing I could find a smaller santa mug.

Poop mug
It does not let me poop in the mug it handles heat it is durable I like pooping in it and eating it
