Blue Demon E71T-11 X .030 X 2LB Spool gasless flux core welding wire, 0.03, Silver

Way better welds with this wire than the Vulcan wire from harbor freight. If you're looking for wire to use in your titanium flux 125 this is it. Wire is spooled on the roll perfectly so shouldn't have any feed issues with this stuff.

A great wire. Little spatter and clean beads. Easy clean up. Coming to always expect that from Blue Demon. Why pay Lincoln prices?

Affordable brand name wire. Great for home users. I have bought several rolls now. My welds are strong, flow well, and very little slag to clean up....... a good product :)

Use for my welding machine

Great flux wire! Burns well, easy to use with little splatter. Used other brands of wire and was thinking the problem with the weld quality and "sputtering" was due to my welder. Wrong! Turns out it was wire! Definitely a returning customer!!!

Going on my 6th or 7th roll if this wire, .030. Works great, it's cool that you usually get a sticker with them. Easy to use, seems like it burns a brighter color than your run of the mill Lincoln stuff or maybe whiter? Not sure. Lol I do a lot of thin gauge welding with my job but I have also used this stuff to build thicker gauge items such as stairs and hand rails or even 1/4 plate in non structural areas. The only thing I do have a complaint about is Amazons packaging. EVERYTIME they ship this in a paper bag envelope and the spools get beat up. Come on Amazon, do better!

Excellent product and price. I used today and worked as expected. The only thing that I want to mention is the fact that I had to return the first order because the spool was damaged, likely due to poor packing (an envelope!). However, the replacement was unexpectedly quick. I recommend this product.

Read a few good and a few bad reviews. This is the 4th different brand of flux wire I've used and is now my go to. It smokes more than the other 3, spatter is better than 2 of the others, about the same as the 3rd. Penetration though is excellent, I'm able to make nicer looking beads than the other 3 did and it really rips through coatings or rust far better than the other 3. Just simply a more friendly wire to weld with and I didn't expect that much difference from 1 wire to the next but there is! Don't plan on trying another brand when this spool is done, I like this one and will stick with it going forward.
