This paw wax saved my dog’s paws on the beach. It also made her paws a incredibly soft. The container size was perfect for dipping her paws in but I couldn’t keep sand out of it after the first paw. I also needed to rub the wax into her paws but it felt and smelled good so I didn’t mind. Just have a rag handy for yourself. The only strange thing was there were different ingredients listed on the jar and the box. Both sets of ingredients were good but made me wonder what I was getting. I had also bought a wax stick but that got just as sandy. All things considered, it was a good value for a good product.

If you have a senior dog, I do not recommend it, it makes them slip even more. Probably good for young dogs that do a lot of outdoor activities.

I noticed a huge difference after one application (after letting it sit for a couple hours)! It is so convenient because it’s big enough I can just stick my dogs paw right in the container and get it in all the right spots. (My dog is 70 pounds, a big boy) No mess! No crazy smells either. My boy’s paws are looking and feeling so great. They were becoming black and solid hard.. rough to the touch and started getting chapped/ cracked open, almost peeing! I said enough is enough I have to find something to help this before winter hits! It’s been almost a week and I can already and finally see the natural pink paw coming back to life! I can’t wait to keep using this. Thank you for providing me with something that really works. I was not able to see on the product page if it is safe if they lick it, because my boy does lick his paws sometimes after it’s on their, so I hope it is safe.

Got this for salted sidewalks in the winter. Seems to work well to protect against irritation/burning, and it wipes off easily with wet wipes. It also does a decent job keeping her from slipping on the ice. Much better deal than mushers secret which is essentially the same in my experience.

I love the natural ingredients. My dog likes it too. It definitely soothes and moisturizes the pads. It does NOT protect in cold icy weather. My dog loves to walk in the coldest of weather. She will not wear boots.i tried for before several snowy walks. I put on a thin layer, then tried a thick layer, rubbed in well, let it dry etc. Each time she would pick up a paw as if irritated and we would return home. She developed a sore on last walk. That said it is a good moisturizer to heal dry pads but do not use as a protectant on snowy or especially salty roads. Snowy/icy/salty roads necessitates boots. Otherwise a very nice product.

I thought this would be more like a lip balm consistency but it's more like vaseline. It's not as greasy though and it does leave my dog's paws soft. Long walks on the beach have started to take its toll on her paws so after rinsing and drying them i rub in it generously. She fights with me to try and lick it off but hopefully she will stop that as time goes on. It's best before a nap so she can rest and rejuvenate! *I’ve also tried putting doggie socks on after applying and it ha definitely helped prevent her from licking them. It’s an added chore but it works!

Highly recommend, was a bit skeptical about buying at first but glad I did. Superior product and amount you get for the price is outstanding! From researching paw products for my senior dog, no product came close to this - and the 8oz tub that you get is plenty. I also liked it has natural ingredients; it goes on easy, smells nice and absorbs quickly - even left my fingers feeling smooth and not greasy. Thanks so much for a quality product!

$17 for .18oz is a total rip-off.

Good product just hard to apply with a wriggly puppy.
