Can I use this for eyebrows and mascara?

Yes, I do. But it isn't going to "glue" eyebrows in place the way that an eyebrow gel would. I spray over my mascara.

It works quite well but just make sure you hold it the intended amount away from you face. I was in a rush, did it too close to my face and it makes it sticky but other than that it work great! It also is a great price for the brand.
