Yeahh..... as much as love to cook and bake I hated to step in to that kitchen at night..... so much work of cleaning pans....... leave alone when the cookies I baked sticked to the baking paper leaving the cookies with a messy unethical look... This wasn't the most pleasant experience. Well, fortunately enough this has come to a happy end when I discovered the Lavangie silicone baking mat. The quality is superb... heat resistant, so goes in to the oven safely. No more sticking cookies , it has a nonstick finish so the cookies always look great. And cleaning is easier then easy! That's a real game changer! (Btw, this is my second set i bought, since last time my mom visited me she saw it and really Iiked it. So I gave it to her. She loveeees it) I would highly recommend his to any chef/mom!

I've never enjoyed baking as much as I do now with the super fantastic quality baking mats. It's great for cookies and layered wafer cakes. The cakes and cookies slide off never sticking to mat. And then the cleaning a breeze, just rinse off with hot water and dish soap and your all done. No mess, leaving you with a clean kitchen. And it's also very useful for placing hot things from the oven so you don't have to worry about a burned counter. Thank you for this great product. Also a great gift giving idea
