PAUDIN Cleaver Knife, Ultra Sharp Meat Cleaver 7 Inch

I absolutely love this Cleaver Knife! It has quickly become my go-to tool in the kitchen. The blade is incredibly sharp and handles everything from chopping and slicing to boning with ease. I use it daily for meal prep, and its versatility makes it perfect for handling meat, vegetables, and even fruits. The handle provides a comfortable grip, allowing me to use it for extended periods without any discomfort. The blade is nice, strong, and looks nice as well. For me, it has stayed sharp using it as my main chef knife with very minimal sharpeneing. The downside of this, if using it like my case instead of a chefs knife (I like the surface area for picking up material), is that the weight of the handle is double (or feels like it) the weight of the knife. For me, I just drilled holes in the handle which made it lighter, but I would much prefer a balanced knife instead. It is cheap, which is what makes it great and the blade stays sharp longer than other cheap ones I have tried. I would recommend it for butchery, but not as a chefs knife without modification.

This is my favorite knife. It's weight is perfect for me, it's heavy but not tiring. It was super sharp out of the box. The handle is the perfect size for my chubby baby hands so I'm not cramping when chopping carrots and other hard veggies. Slicing meat is soooo smooth, almost like room temp butter. It has good balance, my wrist isn't killing me from trying to keep it in whatever position I need it in. Comes in a nice box with a sheath. Only downside is if you use a magnetic knife board the cleaver has so much metal on it that it attracts teaspoons and light measuring cups/spoons. I keep it sheathed in the drawer now. But I can use a refrigerator magnet to keep the food from building up on the blade as I chop, so maybe not a downside. And have made a few blood sacrifices, thought, so be careful.
