These are absolutely fantastic. I live in a small apartment and have to have my home office in the bedroom - that's 3 computers and an bunch of peripherals. Naturally everything has LED's on it (printer, computers, desk lamp, monitor, etc.), and would make it a nightmare for anyone who likes a dark room to get any sleep. I randomly found and ordered these online, and now have them on pretty much everything. Pros: - The film is sufficiently dark. Most LED's can be dimmed enough with a single sticker. There were only a few really bright LED's where I needed to use two. - The material isn't overly sticky; it adheres well, but it also comes off clean and without residue. - If applied to a black device, these are almost impossible to see unless you look closely. If anything, they just look like an integral glossy LED cover rather than a sticker. - My order of black stickers actually came with a sample of the white ones. I have a number of Apple devices so this was convenient. They're not quite as effective as the black stickers but they do work, and it's nice to have the option to match white devices. Cons: - The fact that they're not overly sticky makes it hard to get them to stick to angled surfaces. Some thing with a slight curve to it is fine, but bending one of the smaller stickers around a corner on something doesn't work. - $6 seems a little steep for what these are (basically just stamped window tinting film), though the fact that I'm planning to order more probably suggests the end result is worth it. Overall, despite being a little overpriced these are extremely useful and highly recommended.

These are amazing! What a super idea! I just finished going through this whole house covering every piercing LED light on modems, clocks, cameras etc. Believe me when I say these actually work. My pictures do not do it justice, but trust me it goes from piercing in your eyes to just a dull light so that you can see that the device is still working. The first picture is before, the second after installation. And if you want it totally blacked out there are other levels that you can purchase of the same item. Or just put another one on, stacking them. I suggest removing from the sheet and placing with a pair of tweezers. Makes installation a lot easier. I don’t know who invented these, but that person is a genius.

Just as advertised these cut out the light transmission of LEDs! Made some of my electronics much easier to live with! This stuff is way overpriced, though. You can tell it's not expensive as they obviously stamp out the shapes that they provide you, but then peel off the unshaped material and throw it out. You probably end up with 60% of the sheet of plastic the shapes are mode of. I'd have preferred to get the whole sheet with the cutouts and surrounding material so that I could make custom shapes. I did end up buying a second set as one of my devices was too bright even after applying one layer of this stuff and I used up all the pieces that were big enough for the thing. The second layer really cut down the light again and now I'm happy with the thing in my bedroom at night.

Worked exactly as I wanted!! I put the sticker on my microwave & the LED became barely noticeable, which is exactly what I wanted. I peeled the sticker back to show the before / after, but honestly the "before" is even dimmer than shown in the picture. ***THIS DOES NOT 100% BLOCK THE LIGHT*** For anyone wanting that, buy metal tape. It does, in fact, completely block the light. This does what it says, it DIMS the light. Thank you for the product :)

Worked great to dim an led clock by my bedside. You can't tell there was any modification. Didn't even know such a product existed until I found this.

Holy cow how did I live so long without just buying these, I have tried and done literally everything to try and either block out or dim leds, and those digital debug number panel things that you sometimes find on motherboards, but these things are so easy to put on them I feel like I wasted my time doing the other things. Previously I would mask something and paint it with a marker, paint it with nail polish or scuff up the led with a nail file, sometimes even mask it and spray it with plasti dip or in the end tape it over with electrical tape, none of those solutions were ideal or looked good and they took a long time to even make... so I looked up on ways to dim leds and I found these! So honestly I absolutely love them, I have used them so far to dim the annoying led on my speakers, my motherboard's debug led panel thing, the thermostat on my window fan that is stupidly bright, and a few usb chargers that are obnoxiously bright, and they absolutely get the job done! I can't stress enough how useful these things are, now whenever I find a stupid bright led I can just peel and stick one of these films and it always just works... well sorta, the only time it hasn't worked was when I tried to put it over a round led that wasn't fully recessed or flush, but thats kinda to be expected since your basically trying to put a flat object on a spherical surface. Point is they work and usually I wouldn't review something so fast let alone the same day, but these impressed me so much despite being so simple that I had to write a review on them, would absolutely buy again.

We have a few different devices around the bedroom with LEDs that some jerk product designer thought would be really super cool looking if they were just always on, even when the device is off. Instead of moving around furniture to unplug the stuff and paying more for smart outlets, we thought maybe these stickers could work to cover up the lights and help us sleep a bit better, as we've been stuffing dog toys in front of the lights and honestly it's not super fun grabbing a spit covered teddy bear at 2am to cover a light. So I grabbed these and figured we'd try 'em out. They do definitely make a noticeable difference, but I'd say it only blocks about 25-50% of the light. If you're sensitive to any light, these won't do the trick. They did largely solve the problem for one of the dimmer lights, but our TV has a larger and brighter light that simply refuses to dull. Good for it, I wish I were the same. But alas, its power was too much for these stickers.

I purchased this item to dull the many LEDs around my home. I have a sleep disorder, which causes the normal sleep patterns to be disrupted. It seems to help when everything is dark and quiet. Admittedly, "the charging lights on all my electronic devices are too bright," might be the actual definition of first-world problems, and I just tried to ignore them. I put up heavier curtains and I turn the alarm clock around at night, but some of these lights are pretty impressive with how bright they can be. I've posted pictures of one of the worst (brightest) devices in my house. The charger here could drive me out of my mind. I've included pictures of it as it is, with a folded post-it over the lights (my previous dimming method), and finally, with the LightDims. There's a glare in the pictures even under the paper! It also blinks at different points, because the whole freaking room apparently needs to look like the Ghostbusters are about to roll on through chasing Slimer at any moment. It actually casts the color onto the walls. On the other hand, nobody in my family seems able to put the controllers on said charger without the lights telling them they did so correctly. At first, I was perturbed by the price of them... $5 isn't much, but they just looked like a sheet of the stickers they stick on sunglasses informing you they offer UV protection. However, the shipper included a free large sheet (that covered the obnoxious alarm clock), and I'm pretty much a trollop for freebies. A freebie can be worth a quarter, but it'll probably make me get over at least a few dollars worth of annoyance. I'm cheap. Don't judge. Are the teeny tiny stickers a little annoying and sometimes a pain to get a grip onto to get it off the backing? Sure, a little bit. It won't kill you, and if it's truly that difficult, then this problem probably shouldn't be your first priority. I had enough stickers on the sheet to go through the house, dulling indicator lights by 50% to 80% without running out of them. I'd buy them again but I still have enough left that I might not have to. In conclusion, tiny LEDs are really annoying and LightDims work better than Post-Its (even doubled).

Beyond my expectations! They're really thin and precise, and looks like the belong to the product. Great that you can adjust brightness by layering stickers. Perfect when you just want the hint if something is turned out instead of it lighting up the room.

Dank beleuchtetem Router, leuchtenden Steckdosenleistenschalter, sonstiger Betriebsleuchten am Fernseher, Video etc. war das Wohnzimmer nachts eher beleuchtet wie eine Landebahn - gleiches in der Küche (Herd, Mikrowelle etc.). Mit den 80% abdimmenden Aufklebern ist nun überall nachts auch wieder dunkel in den Räumen und man kann dennoch sämtliche Leuchten erkennen (auch tagsüber wenn nicht direkt die Sonne drauf scheint) - für mich genau perfekt ! Unzählige Größen und man kann die Aufkleber auch gut zurecht schneiden. Das einzige was wirklich fummelig ist, ist das lösen der Aufkleber von der Folie (hier gibts 3 Varianten auf Youtube - ich persönlich empfehle eine Pinzette, da man damit nichts knickt und auch die Klebestelle nicht berührt)

Je viens de recevoir ces LightDims et cela ne m'a même pas pris 10mn pour cacher toutes les led de mon router, switch et de ma multiprise. Ces led faisaient beaucoup de lumiere la nuit, gênant le sommeil (chambre et bureau atenant). Les LightDims proposent beaucoup de tailles differentes et la petite ronde est celle qui couvre les led. J'ai mis doux couches pour bien occulter, une couche semble enlever 80% de la lumière, avec deux couches c'est parfait pour la chambre. Ce qui est bien c'est qu'on voit encore suffisament les led, ce n'est pas occulté à 100% (a moins d'en mettre 3). Voila moi je suis très content du produit! C'est exactement ce qu'il me fallait!

Gran producto. Tarda un poco en llegar pero vale la pena. Realmente baja la intensidad de la Luz de focos en aparatos eléctricos que al apagar las luces continúan prendidos y son molestos; con eso, puedes dormir mucho mejor. Altamente recomendables.
