Wirking on the Induction cooktop range ?

What makes an induction oven work is it requires a pan with Iron in it - something magnetic. While many pans would work because they possess iron, these will not. These do not have any iron (a simple test when shopping for pans that will work with your induction stovetop - take a magnet with you to the store - if they stick, it will work). Hope that helps!

Hi. in the 14 piece chef's classic set, what is the measurement in inches (height and diameter) of the 8 qt stockpot, please (excluding the handles)?

Pot is 6 3/4" tall and 9 5/8" in diameter

are these pans made with any aluminum?

Magnets won't stick so I would guess yes...

Do these pots and psns stay put on glass top stoves

These pots and pans are not lightweight nor too heavy that they are awkward to handle. I have a glass top stove and, yes, they stay in place. I love this set.
