Love the added Vitamin K2
I was already taking Vitamin D once a day, in combination with other vitamins (B, C, magnesium, etc.). These are crazy times, and I'm determined to stay healthy. This Silver Sage brand of Vitamin D caught my eye, because of the added vitamin K2. That added vitamin has been proven to help the body, especially the heart.These capsules are very easy to swallow. Besides the "assists immune system" claim on the label (yes, please), there's also the verbiage of "blood circulation assistance." I know my blood circulation needs a boost -- have the pale skin to prove it -- so any vitamin that can help with that is welcome.Excellent product that I'll continue to take daily.

Live in Not a Sunny State
We live in a state that has a small percentage of sunshine , even in the summer time.The fact my husband and I are not getting any younger, have arthritic problems does`nt help , and we must think about our bones,Being inside in the winter, and lately more than ever, I thought it a good idea to really start paying attention to our vitamin D intake .I like the idea of the vitamin K2 creating a perfect combination working with the vitamin D3.I feel a supplement of this kind is in our very best of interest as far as overall health, and I even think it may help chase those dull , overcast winter blues.If the vitamin D cannot be taken from the outside sunshine, then it`ll be the outside in through this supplement.Easy to swallow, easy does 1x day.

The capsules themselves are vegetable cellulose acceptable for vegans.I have been taking 125 mcg (5000 IU) of vitamin D3 routinely since I am a vegan that doesn’t spend much time outdoors. I appreciated seeing this option combining it with vitamin K2 and calcium because they work very effectively together.I was surprised to find that these capsules were about .75” long since the D3 soft gels that I have been taking are quite small. A Much Needed Combination of Vitamins
How well this combination of vitamins is working on me is a little too hard to tell at this stage without a blood test. The best I can say is that I can only trust their claims at this point. Although, even though I can tell that I've been hit with some sort of infection akin to a cold or flu, I've been doing rather well at fighting it off, so there's that. My bones are feeling okay also.These are easy to take and I like that the D3 includes K2. I'll keep taking these just to ensure that I'm getting the full load of vitamins and minerals that I need, knowing that this product will help to provide those.
