Holds the sanding discs
Bought 3" version. Sticks great to the holder and the sanding discs do not move or fly off into the great beyond never to be seen again Very happy with this purchase.

Great Velcro Pads – Highly Recommended!
These Velcro pads are excellent! I'm very impressed with how well they hold the sanding discs in place, preventing them from slipping off. They provide a smooth and consistent finish. I definitely recommend them!

Very useful
These are all back on the tools I have and working well saving me from looking on floor for that 50mm disc of 320 grit which always goes walkabout at the wrong second

Not durable but read on for a hack…
So the white side on these is the loop side. This consists of a very poor quality fabric that wears out really quickly. Nothing like the robust loop fabric you would usually get with good quality Velcro. If I were a cynic I would wonder if this was done deliberately to make you buy again and again. Well, a pack of these is £7.99. The pack of heavy duty Velcro is £5 and the stick on side is super strong. I renewed the loop side by simply cutting a disk of the heavy duty loop Velcro and sticking it on. Now they will keep going until the actual foam rubber completely wears out 😁😁. Probably should have kept quiet. Bet the manufacturer now replaces the foam rubber part with a poorer quality product.

COMPLETELY USELESS AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
ABSOLUTELY USELESS, the black velcro had been attached upside down on the sponge pad meaning sanding discs could not be attached.

Die Pufferpads machen genau, was sie sollen. Der Schaum ist angenehm weich, verteilt den Druck gut und schützt den Lack zuverlässig. Durch den Klettverschluss lassen sich die Pads schnell wechseln und sitzen trotzdem fest. Ideal, um etwas „Feingefühl“ beim Schleifen zu bekommen und empfindliche Flächen zu schonen. Für den Preis ein sehr gutes Set.

I really like these for attaching Mirka 3 inch pads and then being able to sand contours and hard to reach areas.
