I love the look of this diffuser. I bought it in the white so that I can move it around the house and it is neutral enough to suit any room. The exterior is an awesome textured material and it looks really expensive. Works really well to diffuse oils and comes with a handy cup to fill the water. Love it!

I purchased this on Jan 22, 2023. It worked well for about a month, and then it just stopped working. The light still works, but there is no more steam. I tried to get a replacement, but it's been over 30 days. I am disappointed with this product.Update- After seeing my review, the customer service contacted me and provided options to resolve my issue. They refunded me and also apologized that the product didn't meet my expectations. I am really grateful for their help.

This is very pretty and make a great addition to a kitchen. However, I got 1 and it really never worked. It would shut off after being on for a few minutes. So I ordered another one and it did the same thing. What are the chances right? So I gave them another chance and bought another one and it did the same exact thing.

The media could not be loaded. good time options, beautiful stone look and I LOVE that this isn’t a USB diffuser that needs a separate box to plug into the wall. I wish this didn't have two separate tops that you had to open before getting to the basin, but the plastic top doesn't get stuck, so I have been happy with it. I have this specific diffuser in two colors and we have had them for over a year now. We love them, especially considering the price! Not too noisy, but I dislike silent diffusers - I like the little water bubbling sound!

It is a very nice looking and substantial size. Works like a charm just don't put too much oil in or it won't work just like most defusers I know because it happened to me.

I like this, I use it in my bedroom at night to make the room smell great.I like the timer function, I use the 2 hour setting most and the water tends to last 3 days before I add water. There's a little left in the unit but I fill it to almost full.Less water = more vapor

When I initially took the lid off to fill this the rubber grommet used to hold the cover portion on fell out and I could not figure out how to get it back in. The seller offered to refund but in good conscience I could not do that because technically the item still functioned perfectly, I just needed a replacement gromet thingie but they do not sell those separately. they offered to replace my unit.In the end I figured out a way to fix this without needing to have the item replaced or refunded. The gromet thing is almost an inch tall and mine was about 3mm too large in diameter to get back in. I trimmed it down to about 1/2 an inch tall and it fits back in there perfectly. The unit is 100% functional so i wont be taking any refunds or replacements.This seller absolutely stands behind their product and this is an awesome item. I would have absolutely no problems purchasing it again!

Bought this for my apartment. It worked perfectly fine for the first 2-3 days of having it, and then would start shutting off after 5 minutes. I've had it maybe 6 days in total. Tried using less water and oils, but nothing has made a difference. Wish it worked longer and more efficiently. Have purhcased cheaper made ones that have lasted years compared to this one.

Funciona bien, se apaga solo cuando queda sin agua, tiene las luces de todos los colores descritos, buen producto. Es de buen tamaño, práctico.

Absolut enttäuschend. Ich habe Den diffuser nach dem zweiten Gebrauch schon zurückgeschickt, da er sich nach 1 Minute automatisch immer ausschaltet. Das zweite Gerät, welches ich dann bekommen habe, hatte den gleichen Fehler. Trotz sachgemäßem Gebrauch, Kontrolle des Wasserstandes, geht er jedes Mal wieder aus.

La tapa si es de cerámica.Si enciende la lampara pero únicamente 2 colores, azul y naranja.

Lo recibí estando de viaje y al llegar Lo use dos veces y ya no prende! Al haberse pasado la venta de devolución de un mes ahora me quedo con un producto dañado. Muy insatisfecha con esta compra!

The media could not be loaded. Me gustó mucho, se ve lindo y llegó en buenas condiciones. Las primeras dos veces que lo prendí se apagaba no se porqué (el sistema de ponerle temporizador es raro y creo era eso) pero ahora todo funciona muy bien. Hace buena brisa y tiene buena calidad precio. El color es bonito negro negro.
