From a glance, you can tell it is a well-made tool. Then I did a small test to see how it strips and cuts a wire. Well, it functions just fine. It fills good when you cut a wire. This tool cuts and strips wire with ease. Great tool for the price!

It did all what its written. The greatest advantage (For me) it did cut long screws when needed.

This tool does exactly what it says it will do, and that does offer value. What it is missing is that for single handed use, without a jaw spring, it can be difficult to use. We know the importance of using only a single hand while working with electricity, even if the circuit is dead from the Circuit Breaker box. It is still a great precaution. Without a spring to hold the jaws open until you close them to strip the wire, it can sometimes take two hands.

I chose this brand as I needed the best American made wire stripping tool. Works great and easy to use. Well made and comfortable.

3/30/23. Needed to replace by current set of strippers, worn out. Received item on time. The stripping part of these strippers works very well. The crimping part is on the bottom half which is the best way in my book. The feel though is on the cheaper end. BUT i didn’t purchase these at the price paid expecting snap on quality. So if you’re the regular hobbyist needing a good set of strippers/crimper in one i would recommend these. Full time electrical, car stereo etc worker, probably would spend a little more on a set then.

Do it job well, fit good in the hand and look good. The only thing that i would have preferred is the space in-between the inside of the tool to be a bit larger. When using it with one hand and opening it with one of your fingers it feels a bit cramped. A small curve on the upper section would have been perfect otherwise those are a good buy for the price.
