Hydro Boost Hydrating Tint, Nude 40 1.0, fl. oz

I found this product while reading reviews for another product. A reviewer said how much she liked this product rather than the product being reviewed. Then others hopped on and agreed. So I ordered some, in Nude. I have olive colored skin which takes a tan, 73 with skin on the drier side. I’ve tried so many foundations which I normally end up tossing for various reasons. Not this one. Blends lovely, somehow matches my skin tone, my skin does feel hydrated and it blurs my skin imperfections. Price is fabulous for how great this is. Normally Neutrogena products are a bit drying for me, not this. Only down side is I’m not really a fan of the wand applicator, but that minor.

I think I'm on my 4th or 5th bottle now at this point! I just love how nice and natural this looks on my skin. The trick is to not use it like foundation. The hyaluronic acid gives it a little bit of a gel cream consistency, so using some dots sparingly is sufficient to cover your whole face. It's easy to overdo it, and if you do, your skin will feel a little greasy. If I'm doing my makeup for a night out, I'll mix this with some dots of my ELF Soft Glam foundation, and it's airbrush perfection. A light hand, and your skin will look even, glowing, healthy and yours- but way better. I have combination, and slightly sensitive skin, and this doesn't break me out at all.

This foundation is perfect for mature skin. It is silky smooth for a flawless coverage and does notnot settle in lines or pores!

I really enjoyed using this tint for my daily routine. It is incredibly lightweight, blends seamlessly, and truly lives up to the claim of not clogging pores. The hyaluronic acid formula kept my skin hydrated and even throughout the day without feeling heavy. While the product itself works wonderfully, I have recently transitioned to a strictly cruelty-free makeup routine. Because Neutrogena does not currently meet that criteria, I won’t be restocking it in my bag. However, if that isn't a dealbreaker for you, it is an excellent, breathable foundation for dry skin.

My favorite light weight foundation product. Holds up well in the Florida humidity compared to thicker products. This is my everyday light makeup look.

I am updating my review on this product. I really do like the makeup. It has good coverage, yet is light going on. It doesn't look like you plastered your face. However - and this is huge. I hate the wand! The shape of the bottle combined with that wand lets you use maybe 2/3 of the product. Hmm... I feel cheated when that happens. My other problem with the wand, is that it is very unsanitary. I want to be able to squeeze or pump a bit out from the bottle - not keep reusing this wand in and out of the bottle gathering more micro bacteria with every use. Like I said, I like the makeup, so I came up with a way to get at least another full month of daily use, by swapping out the wand with a spoolie. I use a regular spoolie that I can work all the way down to the bottom of the bottle, and bend to get the sides of the bottle. Gently roll the spoolie to apply the makeup. If you try it, you'll find that there is a LOT more product in that bottle than the wand lets you get out. And - spoolies are cheap - you can switch to a new one every few days.

Love it! Perfect shade and consistency

I do not like the heaviness that foundations leave on my skin. I started using this about six years ago, and I never stopped using it. As makeup influencers say “It’s my holy grail”. It doesn’t give full coverage since it’s a tint but that’s all I need. It doesn’t cake up when I add powder, blush, and such on top. Has been very good on my acne-prone skin. And I can never find my shade at the store, it’s always sold out or empty for some reason so I end up buying it online. If they ever discontinue this I’ll legit cry my heart out. I hope they don’t.

The product seems to work out well. I had chosen the colour based on what was shown on the website and lucky for me the colour turned out to be just. Like it. :)

The product was dry in the bottle, felt like has been too long unused although the product was sealed but probably has been at the seller for too long.

Waste of money. Made no difference to my face.
