What is the strength? I'v noticed Rhus tox comes anywhere from 6x - 200x.

Rhus tox 4x HPUS. They work FANTASTIC. This is my first poison ivy free spring/summer in 20 years. I begin taking them in February.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee with this product?

works good for when you have a small amount and you get it immediately. large amounts of poison ivy it works great for.. catch it early otherwise you have yo see a doctor.

Does anyone know roughly how many years these are normally good for?

If you keep it out of light and away from heat, perfumes or strong smelling herbs, medicines, etc, and away from EMF's (as best as possible) it will last indefinitely. I have remedies that are 40 years old that are still potent (especially when they are in glass). You can hit the bottom of it against a semi-hard surface like a firm pillow, a mattress, etc, for several rounds of 10 - or as many times as you like. This is called succussion and it helps re-energize the remedy. Manufacturers add expiration dates for HPUS homeopathic remedies because they are required to by the FDA who knows nothing about homeopathy.

What are the other ingredients?

Rhus tox 4x HPUS is the only ingredient other than sucrose/lactose listed as inert ingredients. RHUS tox is made from the leaves of the poison ivy plant.
