Great value. Definitely loaded with vitamin B, so needs to be taken with food to avoid the VitB nausea. Other reviews complain the bottle is only 1/2 full, but that’s so that they can fit all the supplement facts on the bottle in a font size that we over 50 men can read. Only reason it’s a 4-star is because it’s the Chevy of vitamins, not the Porsche. Pick your analogy, it’s reasonably priced and my energy is lower if I forget to take it for a few days.
