Where is this product made/ manufactured?

It was so long ago I can’t remember. We through out the packaging too.... sorry. We do like them though

Does the black finish start to wear off after prolonged use and washing?

The mixing spoons I Purchased are stainless steel they have no color on them. I don’t know if the other ones would wear off eventually. They are great to use in tall glasses. Would purchase again if needed.
