Ultima Replenisher Daily Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix, 90-Serving Canister

TLDR; I constantly struggle with dehydration. Since using Ultima I am the most hydrated I’ve ever been in my life! (Checked with company the way they process stevia is the proper way and not the health issue way.) I’ve struggled with low BP, low HR and dizzy spells for most of my life. A few years ago a cardiologist recommended I drink Gatorade a couple times a week to stay hydrated. Dizzy spells went almost completely away. My GP was not thrilled with the amount of sugar in Gatorade. In a recent conversation with my nutritionist, she recommended Ultima. We tried a few sample assortments. Lemon is my favorite. It is like a great lemonade without the sugar content. It’s the most hydrated I’ve ever been. I try to drink 1 - 16 Oz serving a day. Added bonus when I donate blood I will drink 2 of these the day of and it does help then too when your body is recovering. I emailed their customer support (Ultima’s) when my Dr discussed some of the stevia process and be harmful to people’s health. After a few exchanges with their support they advised how they process the stevia. The way they process the stevia is not the way that causes health issues I’m happy to report. Overall this product is more then a 10/10 for me. It keeps me really well hydrated and feeling great! For traveling, I will take 1 little travel pack per person per day they’re easy to shake into a water bottle and mix while traveling. Substantially helpful for post flight dehydration. The containers are pretty small even the 90 servings one. The little scoop is easy to use. Just ordered one in June 2023, the expiration date is 2025 so that’s great too!

I wish these were cheaper. Of course they rob us. My favorite they make so far is raspberry.

We have purchased Ultima for years, and have consumed it in place of cocktails as our "nightcap" - I think the magnesium helps us sleep better, and I really feel hydrated all throughout the night. I originally purchased as a sugar free alternative to Pedialyte and Gatorade, and then became slightly addicted. ;) I've tried to find more natural alternatives to this, but none of them have competed with Ultima. Though the price is going up (PLEASE BRING IT BACK DOWN, ULTIMA!), which has driven us to try to find said alternatives, I still is a good value for the money when you compare it to liquid IV and others. And the flavors are all really good. We love it!

Great flavor

Started this a week ago and noticed a difference right away. I have this before any tea or coffee for the day. I like that it is not a sweetened drink.

I really enjoy this. It’s not too sweet and it’s not salty at all. It’s a very mild electrolyte drink and I like that. Mixes great and will last awhile!

I love Ultima electrolyte powder! The raspberry flavor is great. I add this to my water daily because I am prone to leg cramps (electrolytes helps them tremendously). I add ice and water to an insulated bottle and shake- dissolves great with no clumps.
