I've read that ford f150's with the towing package/larger radiator require different diameter o-rings for the t-connector than an f150 without towpkg?

This fit my f150 with tow package and 5.0 V-8 engine. 5 minute fix once you lower the coolant level.

The original one is flat instead of round. Do these replace them?

These worked great for my application. Typically the original o-rings wear down to flat, which is why they fail. Make sure to live the ring before installing.
