Magnesium Lotion

This product is amazing! Not only helps with leg cramps / restless legs. I’ve used it on my back for sore muscles with great relief. My husband uses it too and loves it. My first purchase was for my granddaughter who gets growing pains in her legs, she loves it and she’s only 6!

Immediate relief. Absorbed quickly. All good ingredients. I enjoy the lavender scent. Easy to apply.

Helps

It smells pleasant and applies easily enough. Much like many products that come with pumps, it takes several initial pumps to bring the product up before it dispenses. It leaves a bit of a residue but it isn't uncomfortable. I think it helps with my sleep but not as noticeably as a high absorption magnesium supplement taken orally. The lotion has fewer side effects though (oral supplements often cause some extra GI movement, which could be a pro for people with pregnancy constipation or a con for people with anything like IBS). The main problem is that while it works well for one member of our family, it feels itchy for another one of us. After looking through reviews it sounds like a small percentage of people have some kind of mildly irritated skin reaction to it. We will buy a different kind when this one runs out.

When I rub it on my legs, they don’t cramp nearly so badly. After two nights of putting it on, not at all. Welcome relief. It’ll sting just a little bit if you’ve just shaved your legs, but there’s no smell. It does take a little while to rub it in and get it to absorb. I think it’s worth the price because being woken up by cramps at night is terrible, and this cream fixes the problem better than the magnesium pills I was taking.

I have been a long time subscriber to this product, which I had liked very much until the packaging was changed. The pump was so convenient. I guess the change was made for economical purposes. The product will not dispense through the tiny flip-cap top, no matter how hard it is squeezed. Total disappointment.

I use it every night and it helps with my nightly foot and leg cramps. A bit greasy at first but does dry.

Smell is nice and the bonus of magnesium and aloe and Shea love it

This is a very good lotion, like no other ! I have for many years bought Magnesium Chloride to elliminate pain on my back and arms. But this one is very special, it goes on easily and starts working instantly. I also like the push button on this formula, no leaks, the thickness of the lotion is perfect. I do recommend this aloe & shea lotion as it does not have any excess after you have put it on, no flakes to brush off from my back or elsewhere. It does exactly what it does remove the pain.This formula is very practical it has a cover that snaps on, so you have no loss of the lotion and can be put in your handbag or purse.

Loved this for restless legs in pregnancy! Having low iron I wanted a quicker solution to my restless legs at night, and boy does this stuff work. Although it makes me itch a bit, I can finally sleep and relax without constantly flaling my legs. Its honestly incredible and I am very thankful I found a product that will help my aches and pains. 😁

good product, just not strong enough for what i need.

Scent is too strong to use this product. I used it twice and both times it gave me a headache.
