I have a difficult time finding shirts with a long enough sleeve. Has anyone with a similar problem found this to be an issue?

No problem with this and I often have the same issue. This is a very to the point fit.

Does this shirt shrink when washed?

I put mine In the dryer. They shrank about 5-10pct. Good shirts but don’t put them in the dryer.
