i prepared my old raliegh royal touring bike while i waited for the arrival of the bafang kit as this bike has combined brake and gear shift leavers on touring bars i needed a few extras - new flat bars,new rear gear shift ,new grips, new chain, and a gear shift sensor this last is highly recomended as it cuts out the motor for a moment to allow a smooth gear change .As a life long cyclist i have the tools to remove the chainrings bottom bracketand and front derailier .{ there is no end of you tube videos showing the whole process } the bafang kit arrived quickly on a rainy monday afternoon and was installed by the evening very simple no probs.my new ebike has exceeded my best expectations in every way. cons power step 1 is too much 35%of fullpower and 100% speed i changed this to 10 and 20% and now bike is safe amongst walkers.Very good kiit huge range if u like to peddle { 20 amp hour battery} loads of torque fantastic

Great little motor set with a lot of power. Had everything you need in the kit to fit and be up and running. There was a problem with the unit a day after fitting which showed an error code. I contacted the seller who was very helpful in solving the issue and they sent out a replacement display straight away. Would highly recommend.

Arrived in a timely manner, simple to fit.When there was an issue with the display, following a few diagnostic checks, they were happy to send a replacement unit.I would strongly advise buying the programming lead to make the unit road legal & gear shift sensor to protect the gears.

I love the motor but sadly mine died and couldnt even open motor up to fix after buying new parts tried contacting seller for warranty and nothing
