Fortunately, for me, I’m able to purchase Global Healing B-12, even in this 1 ounce size. I prefer GH B-12 for its complementary ingredients, high standards, and purity.

I purchased this product based on a review from a customer on a different product out of desperation for my cat. He is fighting many health issues in which I am working with my vet but in the meantime had lost a lot of weight, had no energy, was anemic and was receiving expensive vitamin B shots at the vet, that seem to work for a day and then back to laying around. I give .5 as instructed once a day in the morning. I placed it in his food and he eats it. He must like the taste because he is VERY picky. It took about a week, but now he is walking around, prancing actually, being more vocal, he seems to have gotten his energy back. Now I’m hoping he’s on the mend and starts gaining his weight back.

I am 69 years old, so I do not need to have the energy of a 20 or 30 or 40 something year old person. I have been using this product for almost two years. I do not take the recommended dose of 1 ml, because of unpleasant side effects. I take 5 drops/day in the morning before breakfast. Within 10 minutes I am ready to take on the world! Vitamin B12 is water soluble, and the human body takes what it needs every day, and eliminates the excess. So, over-dosing is highly unlikely, unless there are kidney issues. Always consult with your doctor.

These drops have a pleasant flavor & I feel more energetic than usual. I'd recommend using them.

In June my B12 levels were in the 400’s after receiving B12 shots monthly. I stopped taking the shots and started this product regularly since August and my levels are in the upper 800’s. Highly highly recommend this product!
