Will the glass chip, crack, or shatter if i accidentally left water in the flask in the freezer?

Yes it can water expands when frozen.

Is the glass lead free?

Yes the glass if food grade lead free.

Realistically, what's the best one in the small or the large. Don't want to get two. Does the 100ml hold a good amount? Thanks

If you plan to carry in your pant pocket, get the smaller one as glass is heavy. The larger one if better for a backpack or something. Can’t beat glass tho as it avoids contaminants.
