Once papers are in slots, are all the tabs still visible? The one I have now blocks the tabs once loaded with papers.

You can still see the tabs if you’re using 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Hold the front and back of the folder and stretch it out, give a little up and down shake and the papers will fall down into place.

Can I choose the color of the folder?

Yes,the folders are available in 3 colors (blue,pink,green),and each one is very beautiful and the color matching is very fashionable.
