Tastes great

My teens like them, so they remember to take them. They have a good flavor, although one reports that he doesn't like the blue flavor as much. Texture is like gummy candy. No side effects. I have no way to know if the vitamins are "working". I have these on Subscribe & Save. They are shipped in a bubble-wrap envelope with a cool pack so they don't melt.

He actually takes them. Great flavor and easy formula as some multivitamins can be rough on the stomach. I just wish it was on subscription and save with Amazon. Hopefully soon. 🤞

Though I haven't been a teen for quite a while, I really like how these vitamins include a lot of things many other daily vitamins don't include, like vitamin E and K. They taste good and are easy to chew. They're really good.
