Can there hold a static weight of 350 lbs?

Please note this sturdy carabiner is rated at 2697 lbs, thus definitely it can hold a static weight of 350 lbs.

Are these like regular spring loaded carabiners? Cause we use those at work and the springs are constantly breaking

These are very durable wiregate carabiners. Not sure what is your application. Besides this, you may also check the other two options: Screwgate locking carabiners (please search B07QH1YW88) Twistlock locking carabiners (please search B07QCV858T)

Would this be strong enough to hold a patient 6’1” tall & weighing 191lbs without breaking the d lock?

The important question would be how much mass it can hold without breaking. If it doesn’t state on the product specs or if the manufacturer or seller can’t tell you, then I’d pass on any carabiner that doesn’t state its mass (weight) limits.
