This multivitamin feels like a great B vitamin supplement as well as most other daily vitamins and some digestive health ingredients. They have what a man needs without any additives. They are pretty much all he needs in a vitamin. I took a picture to show that the daily capsule is not extremely large. The value is good for this vitamin and last around 4 months! The effectiveness seems to be exactly what he needs. The capsule is clear and the vitamin powder is light tan. There has not suffered any side effects with taking this vitamin such as stomach issues.
